Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Return items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
We do accept returns on any order. Please contact us within two weeks of receiving your package if you want to make a return.
In order to return an item, you must ship the package back at your expense, and the item must arrive in good, unused condition. We will then offer a refund of the purchase price of the item (not including shipping cost).
Also note that the money refunds could not be claimed after 2 months from the shipment, and the limit to claim for lost orders is 3 months from the initial order.
Order returned to the sender
All orders returned can be re sent in case you agree to pay the shipping fees to re send it.
In case we received your order back, we will not contact you, we will register it and wait for you to contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your items arrive damaged, or if your package was shipped out but never arrived, please contact us. We will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis.

We hope you understand that we can not assure the announced estimated delivery times during the Pandemic. Due to the decreases at the world wide logistics and Mail services , the estimated delivery times may be affected.
Your order will be packaged in a clear plastic sleeve, with a rigid cardboard envelope to protect the print while being shipped. Posters will be shipped in a rigid cardboard tube.
Orders will be shipped to the address that you supplied through our site, so please make sure that this address is correct before placing an order. PLEASE NOTE: if you give us the wrong address, we will ask you to pay the shipping for re sending your order. ( Initial shipping fees will not be refunded)
Also in case you where left a Notice from the Post service and you did not pick up your parcel, we will need to ask you to pay the shipping fees to re send your prints.
We offer standard shipping times. In case you need an urgent delivery, please contact us for a quote.
All orders will be ready for shipping on our side within 48 hours of payment.
Standard shipping estimated delivery time :
EEUU/Canada: From 3-5 business days
Europe : From 2-4 business days
Spain : From 2-3 business days
Items can be collected at our shop in Valencia free of charge.

Before/After Christmas and during the COVID emergency there could be about 2 weeks of delay with standard service
Please take note that the buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country. We can not affect the waiting period the parcel spends in the customs of each country, this time will not be considered delivery time.
